Lease Information

Home There are over 600 booths at the Indoor Swapmart. Booth rentals are available starting at $338.00 / month for a single booth; doubles and larger booths depend on size and location.

We are open for shoppers every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:AM to 6:PM. Merchants must be open during these hours.

Merchants may move-in, move-out, restock or clean booths on Thursday's from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We do require that every merchant have a City and State Sales Tax License. The applications are available at our office (inside Swapmart) or you may pick them up at the following locations:

A refundable for the security badge deposit of $75.00 and a non-refundable administration fee of $75.00 will be charged.

To reserve a booth, a 50% deposit of all applicable charges is required when you sign the contract. The balance is due at the time of move-in.

We have 24 hour security. Security gates on the front entrance, motion detectors in the building, and off duty police officers on the weekends.

No daily setup and tear down. You may leave your merchandise in the booth's for the time of your contract.

Air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter.

There is an average of 5,000 to 8,000 shoppers per weekend.
